Sorry guys, been a long time since i've played and i'm a bit rusty. If a character has multiple allies adjacent to him, and those allies have Energy Shield, and the character is attacked by an enemy that would trigger Energy Shield, can the character that is attacked use multiple Energy Shield rolls? Or does this fall under the stacking rules?

its stacking.

The target gains the benefit of energy shield once regardless of how many figures are affecting him with the ability.

However... Force Barrier and Energy Shield and Molecular Shielding do stack. So you get 3 chances to negate the damage. However, after the first one negates the damage and tries to send it back to the shooter, the others - even if the save is successful - wind up negating 0 damage so they would send back that same 0 damage.
