The following characters are in a squad:

Yoda of Dagobah
Obi (Force Spirit)
Han Solo (Rogue)

Light Tutor is decided during setup; Obi's Light Spirit is also a setup action.

Can Han receive Light Tutor from Yoda and Light Spirit from Obi during setup?

It is during setup, so I believe that it is the player's choice of the order of those actions.

Is it possible for Han to benefit from both?

I think so 2 b/c u give Han a FP w/Yoda ,then mettle & FR1 from Obi so u should get both & Han is considered 2 have a FR.

Yes, you can resolve Light Tutor before Light Spirit, so a figure is an applicable target for Light Spirit.
