Combine fire with all Jawas. 9 or better for 50 Damage.

Yea, they have spotter +20, but who will they use it on? To attack the imperial dignitaries, Leia will be the only person they will have line of sight to, and the Jawa Scouts will have to be close enough where they will more than likely not be in cover to use spotter +20. Leia could even tie up the Jawa scouts if she had to. A Bothan Noble will double Leia's killing ability. Without some kind of move and fire, the dignitaries are hobbled as your main damage out-putters.
