When you roll a one with the Death Watch Raider can your opponite use the rest of the turn by moving him with his mobile?

I'm not a rules guru or anything, but I would think so, because they take control of him immediately after he rolls a 1.

Betrayal stats that the character who rolls the 1 can take no further actions this turn so i assume this would be the same.
