ok, for initiative, if i roll a one and my opponent rolls a one, but he has san hill and wants the one, don't we still have to re-roll without him getting reserves?

yes b/c u two tied for inish. he would not get the reserves, good for u bad for him.

if you tie for init. you have to reroll it, but what rocks about san hill is he is a good counter for the muun tactics broker, :)
