So the vong cannot be affected by force powers, but there are certain force powers that one can use that modify the force user and thus can be used to hurt the vong. I was wondering if I can get a correct complete list of those force powers.
Like I think some of the force powers that can be used against vong are:
Lightsaber assault
sith rage
lightsaber throw
Are these right? Are there others?

Yes, those will work as they are affecting the user, not another character.

can't u block/deflect their attacks b/c it helps out u, not them?

You cannot use a force point in response to their attacks, so using Lightsaber Block or Riposte would be in response to their attack and a no-go. I think.

You cannot re-roll Spit Poison, Thud Bug, Razor Bug, Playerin Bol, Djem So, Soresu, Makashi and Parry saves either. You CAN: LS Throw 2,3,5... i was using vong at a tourney a few weeks a go and i was told that you couldn't throw at vong because you target them. you could use assault and sweep and things like that because it doesn't target them specifically

Lightsaber Throw works at it is allowing the attacker to make a ranged attack. It is not directly affecting the target.

Well, you cannot pawn the vong, but you can pawn someone else that attacks the vong.
