I was wondering if there's a way to hide an image or text behind a spoiler so it wouldn't be viewable until you click it?

Image? doubtful. Text, I've used white font before (doesn't hide stuff until clicked, but you wouldn't see it unless you reply to or click/drag on a post. There is no "spoiler" function here that I know of (as there is on SWMGamers.com)
