What exactly constitutes a DD?

Does it have to be exactly 100 points?
Do both figures have to be in the same faction, or can you have one Fringe with a fig?
OR TWO Fringe?

and do you use a normal sized map?

Same faction, or one faction + fringe, or something else allowed via Affinity (don't know if there are actually any combos like that).

I believe the official format is played on the standard maps, but I've seen some folks mention that they play it on Tiles.
