Pieces I liked
The cheap NR Galactic Alliance piece
Ven Zallow - A nice blue print for future designs of Force Users
Lor San Tekka - Luke squads are about to become relevant real fast
Rogue One- I will be playing Rogue One characters a few times to see how I like them.
I will give Krennic and the Death Troopers a play or 2. I think they may be to good, but if they take skill to play I am on board with them.
I may try the new Caedus, but only to give a Luke VC6 and let him start in the middle of the map.
And I think thats about all the ones I saw... I'll double check the list again.

Ooooh, new Caedus with Luke is a great idea!
Ven Zallow (of course). Lor San Tekka is one of the coolest designs I have ever seen; I think they did a fantastic job with very little to go on.
Rogue One! That Cassian piece is great! Not a power piece, but very compact and flavorful for 26 points.

Hahahaha love this post and +1 (still hoping he gets fixed soon) But alas a lot of cool stuff came out this set and the designers deserve some shout outs, here are my favorites: Ven is fantastic, so much going on but a true jedi or what they should be. In a similar vein Darth Baras is super cool, with lots happening but excellent CE and I like the idea of being able to give the holocrons different "personalities". That Grapple droid should be fun to run with some bodyguard droids and Grievous! And things I can use with Grievous always make me happy haha. Death Troopers and Krennic are awesome together and would make for a cool thematic build. Rogue One crew should also be a cool build similar to current Rebels show sub-faction All in all I honestly think my favourite piece this set is Jacen in amphistaff armour. Vong warriors in the NR is awesome! Close second favourites are Viull for a Vong shooter and Bo-Katan for being another great Death Watch boost. (And I would really like to see infantry turret find its way into a huge droid ability/CE, such a cool ability)

I really do like almost the whole set. As a Sith fan, Baras and the holocron are both really useful and fun characters. I also like Jace Malcom, Ven Zallow, Krennic and the Death Troopers, and the Rogue One crew.
