Do the following special abilities and Force powers work against characters with Diplomat, even if you have los to an enemy character without Diplomat?
War Throat
Thermal Imploder
Force Burst
Furious Burst 20

Thanks in advance. Yes. War Throat doesn't target and doesn't care about diplomat. Thermal Imploder Targets a square and not a character, so pretty much the same thing.

All 4 of those work against Diplomats. They don't target and are not attacks.
(Thermal Imploder doesn't even target a square... it chooses a square but the targeting rules don't come into play at all. If you were "targeting" a square you'd have to choose an adjacent square since in the targeting rules adjacency trumps.)
