Does abilities that generate an attack with an attack stat gain bonuses from other sources like abilities or CE´s?

For example, General Grievous Droid Army Commander has Blaster 20. If he uses Blaster 20, he gets the bonus from Jedi Hunter when using it.

I know Blaster # stacks with other bonuses. You use the Ability's ATK stat then add other bonuses.
You may also combine fire while using Blaster #.

Differently named abilities stack infinitely.
A generic stat boost (attack, defense, damage) cannot stack with another generic stat boost of the same category.
A single generic stat boost in one category can stack with any number of named abilities.
