Unfortunately, that's not the "latest" Floor Rules. That Floor Rules PDF was from 2015, and that is the last complete floor rules PDF I have received. The Floor Rules updates since then have only included changes to the Map List and errata/Balance Committee rulings. The latest Map List and the latest Balance Committee rulings are in the PDFs just below the Floor Rules PDF. Anything in the Floor Rules PDF that is not updated by the Balance Committee or the new Map List is the same. So all the information is there, but it's in 3 PDFs instead of 1.
