Are clustered D20s illegal in tournament play? I understand if everyone were assigned one (like at GenCon several years ago.)

Only standard d20s, where all opposite sides add up to 21, are allowed in the game.

Dice with alternate numbering schemes may be used for tracking purposes, but should never be used for an actual roll.
