What is the timing of Master Hacker and first activation?
If I was adjacent to a door, would it open if it were locked and I MH it? Assuming I activated first?

Pre-round simultaneous effects (if any) are resolved in initiative (turn) order, so the 2nd question is irrelevant. All that stuff happens before any character activates. Adjacency (or LOS) to the door is also irrelevant. edit: as to the other thing 'on my radar', never mind. It was nothing.

Master Hacker is a pre-round ability resolved in init order like other pre-round abilities (like swinefeld just said). However, there is no pre-round door check. There is one at the start of the skirmish, but there isn't one at the start of each round - only at the end of each turn. So if you use MH on a locked door, it would not open before your first activation. One edge case where it would, though... if you have Master Hacker on one character and Aing-Tii Flow Walking on another character, you could use Master Hacker first to get rid of the Override-Locked status, and then use Aing-Tii Flow Walking. At the end of the Aing-Tii Flow Walking turn, there would be a door check and the door would open. Then the door would be open for your first activation.
