I am, over the course of the next month" going to go back to set 14 and rate all the characters.

I think rating characters can give an idea of what people are liking to see and what they think is powerful. If we have 50 rates per character we could compile some data and have another measure for designers to work from.

Good idea and I always try to review a whole set and give reasons for my rating
