I was looking at my sidogram today and i was like hey i have a cool idea. this is mainly for fun.

Darth Bane holocron
Cost:26

Special abilitys: Unique, self destruct 40, stealth

Commander effect:
Allied caracters within 6 squares gain master of the force 2.


Belia Darzu holocron
cost:30

special abilitys: Unique, Droind reserves 11: if you roll exactly 11 for initative you may add up to 30 points of non unique droid caracters to your squad before the start of next round

Commander effect:
Allied droid caracters gain body guard

Special abilitys: Master taction, Unique

Just a few fun ideas coment please or add to the list of holocrons. I would have loved to do more but its late and Im tired. i did try to make them personal to who made them and if you know who the people are im sure you would agree that the abilitys match who they were

i really like this
i have been kicking around a few diffrent ideas for holocrons myself my idea was to make them so small that you put them on the bace of some one and then they alone gain powers like a force spirit except they dont have to move. i also never thought of doing the personal ones mine are sith holocron and jedi holocron

Yea alot of holocron idea's serviced the last year or so, i had one too, over on WOTC about a year ago i posted about making holocrons that grant new force powers to existing figures. I stated that it would bring back some of the older figures noone uses much anymore. I said that since you dont learn the contents of a holocron right away then have it have emplacement & to grant a character a new force power you have to be adjacent it to it for a round or 2 was my idea. Basically you can have different types of them as you mentioned a Bane Holocron granting MOTF2 & different holocrons giving different force powers. theres so much they can add onto the game its not even funny but does WOTC do it & take good idea's like this, of course not..

I'm a huge fan of that darth revan holocron master tactition and CHOOSE to activate one per turn is HUGE and they cant be overcosted because they cant do anything i like it a lot

Yes i have also been playing around with this idea. My idea was much like Darth Percocets. I also think we need a new Bane in M.O.T.F. something like this....

I like the idea alot, but whats his point cost?

oh yes a new bane would be very much welcome in my books. they should make him bane in orbalisk armour, i would give him some thing like vonduun crab armour because of the orbalisks. more like

orbilisk armour: when this caracter takes damage reduce the damage delt by 10. includes enemys with lightsabers save 6 ( or 11 ).

either that or regeneration.

i like that idea too. mix that with the other guys bane, and we are are looking at 120 pts, maybe.
