ok, heres the scenario...
my Fett BH just rolled a nat 20 against a X1 Viper droid.
the attack just got redirected back to me, so do i take the full desintegration, or am i getting hit for 40? (please say 40 please say 40).
and if im taking the 40, do i get my evade, since it still counts as an attack against me?

The X1 Viper droid would take +40 Damage cause its a huge

1. The X-1 would reflect 60 damage back, since Disentegration against a Huge results in +40 Dam, not defeat. And since the X-1 is a Droid, the Fett's base damage is not doubled.
2. Evade does not work, as damage from Molecular Shields is not an attack.

against the x-1 viper droid, boba would get +40 for a total of 60 as it is a huge mini. because this is a bonus to damage I would think you could reflect the entire 60 back at him.

For the gungan shieldbearer disintegration would be a resultant effect of an ability, not a bonus to damage, so I believe you could reflect the 20 damage from the initial hit, but then you would still die from the effects of disintegration.

I'm fairly sure that this is how it would play out, but please correct me if I'm wrong as this is how I've been playing it.

The Gungan would reflect 40 back, as he isn't a Droid, thus a roll of 20 is a crit, and does double damage. The "defeated" affect is not reflected, however.

Yes, as a character is not considered adjacent to themselves. This is covered in the FAQ (really long section of the FAQ just for Bombad Gungan).
