Also note when using squad builder, some mini's have conflicting ID's hence sometimes yours squads look different to when you built them. The fix for this is to open the .swm files and simply change the "MiniID=" to a very large random number those mini's, this should prevent a conflict.
I dont know how i can fix this on a large scale without having to double check every figure manually, sorry.
