Are you very attached to having Exar in the squad? He's not very cost effective. I would use Celeste Morne instead- Dash won't have as high a potential dmg output with her, but he will do more damage in practice (since Jedi Hunter and Momentum don't always come into play). That would leave some room for door control and tech. Also, the Sith Mutant isn't great- the Rakghoul is a lot better for one more point, so you might consider using it instead.

The first one looks pretty good- Darth_Frenchy went unbeaten in swiss at the GenCon championships last year with a similar squad, with Yobuck, Tarpals and some different "replaces attacks" ability users (Dr Evazan Galactic Criminal, Clone Trooper with Flamethrower, and Blizz, which are all really good). Captain Panaka's swap (boardwide with Mas) provides great movement options on top of Artoo, and could bring Yoda back to be healed after a Gallop, so he's something to consider for your squad.
The second one would probably have problems against Yuuzhan Vong or Ysalamiri, both of which have top squads at the moment.
