Is there any way to get the latest two v-sets on VASSAL as of now? Thanks

I think thereisnotry was working on adding them to the extensions, but he hasn't released them yet (he has updated the SWM mod itself, however). In the meantime you can use the recommended minis- you only need to change the HP/FP and you can use Condition to make clear which character they are.
