Appears to be non unique.
Hopefully my assumption of the abbreviated stats (instead of full spelling "Hit Points", etc) is correct.
The exclamation mark is interesting. Could be a quote or new ability. None of the 3 existing abilities that contain "!" fit.
I am guessing that due to the number of 1's, there's some "save of 11" abilities. If that's the case, there there are not enough "f"s for a "Commander Effect".
edit - lots of save abilities save "Save 11" and don't need the "f"s for "save of 11"
the lowercase j's seem like they'll be helpful as theyre less common.

Will dig through more later. The fact that they go line by line is a lot of fun. Challenging but actually solvable. Not sure how people ever managed to make sense of the huge block of jumbled characters for an entire character card. Anyhow, good stuff;
Last jumbled line seems like a special ability. I assume it starts with a T, and then says something like [When yada yada]. That would accommodate for the only capticals (T, W). Almost certainly has a "save 11". Update: I can't find any ability that fits this... Starts with a T or W, and contains an 11 or two 1's. Could be a new ability?
Line 2 would be remote mini, faction, cost, and set number. Maybe "RM" for Remote mini, and then a reference that fig's faction and set number.

That last special ability is tough. "adjacent" may not be correct. The "j" could be for "object" or "joins".
The ' is possibly "character's" or "can't".
