I personally don't care. Minis are meant to be played, and you can't play them while they're in the bag. Unless a mini is damaged b/c it was opened, I'll take them bagged or unbagged.

The only minis I keep bagged are duplicate unique rares, as I'll never use more than 1 of them.

As long as the mini is otherwise unspoiled unbagged may even be preferable to bagged. A bagged mini may survive packing and shipping better but an unbagged mini takes up so much less space it can be hard to justify keeping them bagged. While I'd prefer to get my minis bagged I wouldn't turn one away just because it wasn't.

I bought 53 CW minis a few months back; all were bagged.
I think I opened two of each figure ( where applicable) but I don't really care how much I open for my games now.

I use to keep them bagged but about a month ago I unbagged all my minis and it really made my life easier.

I let out of the bag all the minis I want to keep for myself. Otherwise, I've recently begun leaving in the bag any figures I know are instant trade bait just in case other people I might trade them with would prefer to keep their pieces bagged.
