Turns out..Nightsisters are pretty good! Who knew??  Thank you all again for making this happen, it was a ton of fun to get to see some old friends and new ones now too! Getting to play in person, and with pieces from the more recent v-sets was a blast.

And Talia makes it it’s over-the-top. My squad should have made the top 6 at VassalCon, I didn’t play well at all in one game (I’ll at least partially blame literally having severe bi-lateral pneumonia while I was playing) and had outrageously bad dice in another (literally rolled under 4 on 5 out of 6 rolls in a row, needing only a 4 to hit trying to finish off a main threat, followed by my opponent critting to kill my hunter). That was enough for me not to make it. So blame goes more on me as a player and bad circumstances in general. The squad is absolutely top tier. Deri and I talked it through thoroughly, and Thrawn/Talzin/Silri beats Jabba/Talzin/Asaaj every time unless the Thrawn player makes a mistake or gets an unfortunately timed 1 for init. Vs Deri I did not make a mistake, and he was forced to press his luck in an attempt to make something happen. It didn’t go well. In the end all he had left was Jabba and a half dead Talzin, along with a few Mice and maybe an R7. All his attackers were dead. All I had lost was fodder and the WotC nightsister (Who had more than pulled her weight, as I exchanged her for killing a NS Hunter and Talia), and basically made the trade for my hunter to kill his Assaj to put the nail in the coffin.
