An excellent question;
ordinarily, as per the Rule Book,
characters may not combine forcepoints from any other object or character with their own.
The exceptions to this norm, are Palpatine's CE, and Mara Jade's "Hand of the Emperor".
The Holocron does not possess either of those.
If these precedents hold, then,

the answer would seem to be, no.
However, I think that previous 'rulings' on the Holocron, would mean that, yes you could.
I am in the process of searching the archive to find the threads of those prior discussions on Holocron, presently.

So, it may not spend a combination of it's own force points, and the holocrons.
if the ally has 1 Force Point AND, there are no allied force users within 6,
I think it's supposed to work like the Force Ghost pieces,
