For Allegiance abilities - Do the recipients keep the ability received for the rest of the skirmish (like Camaraderie), or only as long as the character with the Allegiance ability is alive?

I think the Rules Committee should grant us a glossary update here.
I currently play it as if the ability is lost, but have seen games where it wasn't played that way.

It feels like whatever is gained by meeting the conditions of Allegiance should be kept.

I think there is a case for Allegiance to be treated like Camaraderie and not be lost.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but camaraderie is the ONLY ability that acts that way (at least without it saying “for the rest of the skirmish”)
 Either way glossary is needed

They do not receive effects for the rest of the skirmish, and we do not need more exceptions to the rule that are only outlined in the glossary.

From what I understand that has been requested about 1 million times and it is a no-go FWIW, I agree that there should be no other exceptions to the rule except for camaraderie, and if designers want it to operate the other way, they add “for the rest of the skirmish”
