Should this character have Inquisitor? Also the seventh sister?

If it's not listed in Bloomilk, it should be. From the Glossary definition of Inquisitor: Any character whose name contains Inquisitor or who has the Inquisitor special ability. Characters named Fifth Brother and Seventh Sister also are treated as if they had Inquisitor.

Added it to both of them for ease of bloomilk search. I'm debating adding it to The Inquisitor, Jedi Hunter as well- it seems like having it in his name might be enough though.

Why not. Bloo doesn't have to worry about card space. The clearer the better
