Lusankya was commanded byYsanne Isard
there was a third SSD called Razors Kiss I believe. Zsinj tried to steal it, it was destroyed and he built the Second Death out of the pieces of Razors Kiss.

I think instead of just beating Borsk against a bulkhead, Booster Terrik should have killed him. That would have been epic.
