So, does Crowd fighting work simultaneously with blaster barrage? Crowd fighting says other than its target, and so does blaster barrage then technically target all of those adjacent enemies, and therefore only allies contribute to CF?

My understanding of it is that each attack made through blaster barrage targets a separate character, so for each attack that you make using blaster barrage you count all adjacent characters other than the one you are targeting if that makes sense. so no, all adjacent characters other than the person you are currently targeting contributes to CF.
