I am wanting to make sure I understand correctly. Is the difference in replaces attacks vs replaces turn that you are able to move 6 squares on replaces attacks, but cannot move on replaces turn?

Basically for most things.
A more precise way to think about it is that if you replace your turn to do a thing, that thing is all you get to do. With replaces attacks abilities, you can also do something else that would have been legal to do on your turn, which is usually moving. However, a replaces attacks ability functions like an attack, in that things like mobile attack, which interrupt the movement phase, can still be used with them. Also note that mobile and GMA can NOT be used with replaces turn abilities. When you replace your turn it is basically like all the other abilities on your card (except those that affect targeting and, if applicable, stats relevant to attacking) are wiped away for that turn.
The distinction might seem minor, but it can be a pretty big deal.

In particular, there are certain "zero-time" effects that you cannot do if you use a replaces-turn ability. You still have a 'start of turn' and 'end of turn', so effects that trigger at the start or end of the turn still happen. But even things that do not take any time but have to happen on your turn (e.g. Targeting) cannot be used if you replace your turn with another ability.
