Is there a Star Wars character that first appeared in a Star Wars novel, comic, or video game... then later appeared in a cartoon TV show... and then later appeared in a live-action TV show or movie?
I was just thinking about Black K, who showed up in live-action after being in the comics, and about Cad Bane going from cartoons to comics. Was there a character that took multiple steps to get there - going from one of the more obscure genres, then to cartoon TV show, then to eventually showing up in live action? Bonus points if they landed in all three of a novel, comic, and video game before hitting the TV or movies. Even better if it's a relatively well-known character, but obscure side characters are welcome, too.

I don't think anyone fills all those criteria in that specific order.
Aayla Secura goes Comic < live action < CGI.
Vos goes Comic < CGI < live action easter egg reference.
Katarn goes video game (CGI?) < live action < novel
Zeb goes CGI < comic < live action

Thrawn- first in Timothy Zahn's novels (and in the comic adaptations, and in video games such as Empire at War), then in Rebels, and now in Ahsoka.

Legends and Disney Thrawn are almost different characters, but did the new Thrawn novels come out before the Rebels appearance?

No, the novels came after. Sticking to one continuity makes it harder.
Ezra Bridger (and actually most of the main characters from Rebels) first appeared in Star Wars Rebels: Rise of the Rebels, a chapter book adapting promotional prequel shorts from the TV show (the book was apparently released 6 days before the first of the short episodes). Then after the show the character went on to make a live-action appearance in Star Wars: Ahsoka. There you go, criteria achieved on a technicality. But I wouldn't count it because the book was just a tie-in based on the show, so it's not really a case of a character moving from from more obscure media to more popular.
