If my opponent has Bastila turned on and a character attacks me while in Talon Karrde's bubble does the attacker still benefit from the +10 damage or does Ysalamiri shut it down?

Who is in the bubble? The +10 Damage affects the attacker. If the attacker is in the bubble, they do not get the bonus, even if the target is outside the bubble. If the attacker is outside the bubble, they do get the bonus, even if the target is inside the bubble.
