I'm not entirely sure how the Presumed Dead interaction plays out with Vehicle. If I give Grievous on Wheelbike Presumed Dead and he dismounts into whichever Grievous, does that new Grievous also keep Presumed Dead?

With San Hill, you choose a Grievous to get Presumed Dead at the start of the skirmish. The replacement is a different character so it doesn't carry over. You'd want to use Presumed Dead while still on the bike.
