spryguy1981 (3) defeats UrbanShmi (1) 219-106 on Dark Academy. Really this match was the tale of the horrifyingly bad Laura dice.
I start on the left. Round 1 we move stuff up and Laura opens the top door with T3. R2 tows Shaak Ti up who then uses Master Speed to base the Vanguard and kill it. Laura takes some shots at Shaak Ti and uses Force Dash. Shaak Ti makes 5 of the 6 saves rolls with Shien and Makashi and sticks 10 on Carth with it.
Round 2 I win init and Shaak Ti gives up an AoO to try and kill Satele. Laura makes her Absorb Energy save and I am only able to put 40 on her. Laura is able to kill Shaak with Kana and Satele. Coleman and Yaddle run in and are able to kill Satele. Yoda gets 60 onto the Twi'lek, Carth takes 30 more from Shiens which actually becomes central here.
Round 3 Laura wins init and Carth goes to shoot Yoda. Yoda makes his reflect save with a fprr and Carth fails his reflect which kills him. Twi'lek puts 60 on Yoda. Yaddle and Yoda kill T3 and Twi-lek and put 30 on Aric. Saesee Tiin gets towed in and kills Aric. Kana Terrid gets Yaddle down to 20.
Round 4 Laura wins init and Kana kills Yaddle then Yoda kills Kana with more nutty save rolls.
This really was a game of unbelievable saves rolls as I probably made 75% of mine and she made like 25% of hers. Carth literally killed himself with reflected damage. I didn't even make an attack against him. That's just sour luck. Even with trash rolls it was still close and if some of her rolls had gone her way we might be talking about a different outcome. It's always a pleasure playing Laura. Best of luck the rest of the way.
