Does anyone know if Jango Fett, BH and Canderous Ordo, and Boba Fett BH, count as a Mandalorian although their "roots" are Mandos? I am building a Mando team and unfortunately it's confusing the heck out of me when I am trying to apply Mando Commander effects that only effect the Mandos...

Commander effects that affect Mandalorian's, only go by that specific faction. Characters such as Jango Fett, BH and Boba Fett, BH are both fringe and are not Mandalorian

But if you run Jango BH or Boba BH with Mandalore the Ultimate, I believe his Mandalorian Conscription makes them Mandalorian, and thus could benefit from the Mando Commander effects. Otherwise, as kenred2 says, they would not. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Canderous benefits from Mando CE's as he is a Mando(faction). JFBH, and BF do not unless paired with Mandalore the Ultimate.

I thought the name had to be printed on the card like the Madolorian scouts, MBM, MGS, etc...etc... I did not think Canderous could benifit from say BFMC accurate shot CE or any of the other Mandolorian CE because his card name did not read Mandolorian on it... interesting and would have completely changed the last game I played using him and the Mandolorian...

You are referring to a CE that uses "name contains". Most of the time, when it refers to a faction, it applies to the applicable figs of that faction.

yeah sometimes the "name contains" CE thing kind of confuses me from time to time...like the "Mercenary" thing and a few other things...

Unless it is from the first four set, it it is usually spelled out in the CE.
