This has more than likely been asked before, but since I won't be able to find the topic, I will re-ask it.
Can characters with Mounted Weapon be subject to Commander Effects. Example: Rebel Snowspeeder gaining Mobile and Evade from General Rieekan.

yes. Only droids and savage characters do not benefit from commander effects so unless the mounted weapon character is also a droid it would work.
