This is based on Thrawn before he joined the Imperials and commanded the Picket Force Two. And this is my first custom, so please be gentle lol.

Abilities:
Basic:Corellians cost 1 less. (This is based upon that 3 corellian pirates taught Thrawn the Basic language)
Chiss punishment:this character gets -4 defense against other characters who are of
Chiss descent. (this is based upon Thrawn having been exiled)
Master Tactian:(You automatically choose who goes first except on a roll of 1)
Evade
Commander Affect:
Allies gain Evade

I'd say give him another commander effect besides evade Fringe Evade for all is crazy. Think up something new and differant
