Ok so my friend plays mandos and he had lobot c l o in his squad and rolled an 11 and did not know if he could add mandos (cause of conscription) or just fringe. any clarification would be nice.

He can ONLY add fringe.

Only Fringe. Mandalorian Conscription has no relationship with Fringe Reinforcements.

All answers above are correct, remember this too, the reinforcements from Lobot (universe) or any fringe reserves (Lobot, Xizor etc.) Once they are brought into the match like i said through reserves or reinforcements if you have Mandalore the Ultimate in your squad they get Mandalorian Conscription as well, dont matter what round your reserves come in, if Mandalore the Ultimate is in then any Reserves that would come in are affected by his SA dont matter when they come in..
