if it were a question it should have been asked or presented to me as one...
assumption only leads to more animosity.
my attitude was perfectly fine until I was accused of something that wasnt the case like baiting mods...
I will fully admit that I do not agree with some of the mods on here, but I DID NOT bait anyone...
I was just speaking from experience...

Intent is quite honestly irrelevant. Mods will always have a final call on what is considered baiting.
I will now ask that both of you, dahatchetjeedi and Loda to stop this line of discussion before I have to lock this thread.
Edit: To expand on my thoughts, baiting is far, far more than just intent. It is presentation. Innocent comments can easily be baiting if worded improperly.
Of course, past history is also an indicator on tone as well.

But things are so hard to interpret in type, assuming someone means ill will is not a way to make friends. Maybe rather then assume and judge from past history, they could also try and interpret the words as agreeing to disagree, before editing and locking.

I could say something with total malicious intent in the nicest way possible and its okay... but the second someone misunderstands me, I am baiting, even though I am being sincere... and talking in a civil manner as we have been this whole time, the only person who has a problem with it is sithborg...
