With Gen Skywalker, we are unsure about his CE compared to other CEs. Now with his CE, a character has to end its movement within 6 of him in order to get momentum. Other CEs that are just characters with 6 get twin attack for example, do you have to start within 6 to get the ability, end within 6 to gain the ability, remain within 6 to get the ability, or attack within 6 to get the ability?

Also, can someone still use mobile like Cad Bane with Gen Skywalker- move 4 attack, get momentum and then mobile away all within and ending within 6 of Gen Skywalker?

1) You would check for the CE when you would be using it. So in the Case of General Skywalker, you would ask your self "I wish to attack. Have I finished my movement and am within range of Skywalker?"

2) No, normal movement must be finished before Skywalker's CE triggers.

Confusing, isn't it? This is why Mas Amedda and mouse droids are so freaking expensive.
