Yes. Stealth makes a character not count as the nearest enemy, and Accurate Shot makes it so you can attack someone who isn't the nearest enemy.

No - the "Superstealth" CE means that you have to be adjacent.

One good little tip to bypass the superstealth though is if you have a figure on your squad with Force Sense. You can take everyones stealth away so that noone would get Superstealth & also it would take SA's that some Ce's give to characters that stealth would be involved with such as the Bith Vigo's CE where he grants evade to figs with Stealth etc.

Also if a figure in your squad has Its A Trap & is within 6 of a character with Stealth/SuperStealth , then your figure would take both away from the fig with those SA's.

To add on, abilities that ignore cover (i.e. Lightsaber Throw 5) also bypass "Super Stealth".

Cloaked and Superstealth CE's require cover to be in effect. If an ability ignores cover when choosing a target, Cloaked and Superstealth CE's will have no effect.
