How many of each type ( C, UC, R, VR) are in a 60 figure case?

You're going to get 4 VRs, 8 Rs, 24 UCs, and 48 Cs.

However in a 60 set case, there's no garuntee you'll get all the UCs or Cs. and you may even get duplicates of the rares or very rares (though its a low probability)

Huge sets are a bit different. For the non-huge minis, you'll get 2 VRs, 4 Rs, 12 UCs, and 18 Cs. 4 of the huges will be UC, the other 2 can be UC, R, or VR.
