Is anybody "in charge" of distributing orphan cards? I'm not playing anymore, and after selling most of my minis i have a lot of them lying around, and would rather see them put to use than just thrown out.

I don't think anyone collects orphans just to have a bunch to send out. hothie kind of did that at the beginning, I think, just because he wound up collecting so many of them, but I haven't seen him around in a long time. If you have everything in Denmark, it might be expensive to ship a brick of cards to the US. I especially don't know of anyone in Europe handling orphans.

I'm still around and have a ton of orphan cards, though I've been so busy with other things I haven't kept up with sending stuff out lately. But I'm still operating the orphanage, so to speak. (I just don't maintain a list anymore since Shinja built orphans into the collection tracker) You can send them to me if you like, but as FlyingArrow mentioned, if there is someone in Europe that might distribute them over there, that would be cool.

Well if people are pairing through the collection tracker now (didn't even know you could do that), that changes things a bit. If you don't really maintain the list anymore, and don't want to be bothered with another stack of cards, i can certainly understand. I just wanted to get rid of them

I have a small collection of minis, and didn't start playing the game until after v-set 1 came out, but would love to have any orphan cards that anyone wants to get rid of. My collection is big enough that if I had the cards I could prob. proxy one of the pieces I do have for an orphaned piece that I am not lucky enough to own yet but would still like to play if I only had the card for the stats. A perfect example would be using a clone commander to stand in for capt. rex, or something of that nature. yes I could download the pdfs and print any card, but the actual cards are just that much better. So if anyone has orphans they want to get rid of you could BM me and see if we can work something out. I will also be attending Gen Con on Thur. and will be playing in the champs. so that may be an option as well.

The cards I have are listed, and I'll be happy to add more, so if you're willing to ship them over here, I'll redistribute them to people in need if they ask. I'm just not proactively looking for matchups myself. To everyone else with orphans: I highly recommend that you use the collection tracker to list the orphans you have to trade and/or are looking for. My orphans are listed under a separate account - swine's_orphans The display is wonky on the account's trades page (or I'm doing it wrong) but if you see something listed I have at least one, even though it shows zero. As far as I can tell, the matchup feature under the trades menu functions correctly.
