You can use Ooglith Masquer on caracters not in the Yuuzhan Vong faction right?
And can you use Ooglith Masquer on Droids and Savage caracters?

I couldn't find it in the FAQ.

I would say Yes, seeing as the only requirement is it to be a non-Unique allied character.

squelchie is right.
Being that Ooglith is an ability, you can give a droid stealth and other Non-unique characters in your squad.
