Can Rebel Captain grant Han in stormtrooper armour twin attack. Since han technically has trooper in his name

No. While Han is a Trooper, he is not a follower and is thus not eligible for the Captain's CE.

i know it's usless going into "what ifs", but if han had no CE would he have gained Twin?
