What happens if a B3 Ultra Battle Droid with triple attack gets double attack from a Commando Droid Captain?

Pretty much nothing. It would have both Double and Triple Attack but there is no reason to ever use Double Attack over Triple Attack.

they don't stack, I that's what you're asking.
so no quintuple (5) attacks.
you can use the Greivous with extra attack CE to give the B-3 4 attacks
and there's always whorm to give them twin
