pretty sure that cloaked characters in cover, cant be targetted unless you are adjacent to them.
ie : avoid cover or be adjacent

Cloaked characters require cover, just like Stealth characters, to use the ability. FSM and certain L Throws (3 & 5) ignore cover and therefore ignore the Cloaked ability.

if the SA/FP IGNORES cover...then Cloaked isn't an issue.

The above are three good ways to attack them.
Some people like the strafers (Republic, Rebel, Imperial, and Mandolorians have figs, but Separatists seem to be the favorite due to Twin Attack being readily available).

Flamethrower or Missles a fig next to the Cloaked figure.

Bombad Gungan is another way. Let the Cloaked fig kill himself.

In a similar vein, if the Cloaked figure is a ranged attacker (most are), Gungan Shieldbearer or X-1 Viper Droid with Molecular Shielding can be indirect ways to deal damage back.

Even though Lightsaber Throw 3/5 can target Cloaked figures in Cover, they still get the bonus to DEF. The "ignores Cover" portion is only for targeting purposes.
 Sincerely,

Kel -dors are also a good option. Their self destruct 40 works great, especially with someone like C'Baoth on the squad.

Would accurate shot work in targeting a cloaked character? If it does it would still get the +4 Def bonus right?

No, AS won't work against cloaked.Sniper will , only if the character with cloaked is getting cover from another character.

The counter to cloaked is melee. The only pieces that have it that are played are mando scouts and the CIO. They have 50 hp and 40 hp respectfully. Easily beaten by a good melee player

old post, but i'd like to point out that the genoharadin assassin is another cloaked figure that can not only pack a punch from range, but also deadly in melee

Also, Mon Mothma teams work really well against Cloaked characters. Using these effectively involves trying to get at least one attack before his death shot. If unable to, they still can pack a punch against Cloaked characters. There's always the Lancer!

There's always the Lancer! anyone using cloaked against deathshot would hopefully kno better then to be within clean line of site of said death shooter.
