OK, I should totally know the answer to this but I've managed to confuse myself on this one.

I know that with Mobile Attack you cannot move, use double attack and move again. But what about with Twin Attack? Can you move, twin, and then move again or is that still just with Greater Mobile Attack?

Yes.

Twin Attack - Whenever this character attacks, it makes 1 extra attack against the same target.
