Glossary Text

Each enemy character gets a cumulative -1 penalty to their Attack and Defense ratings for each character in your squad with this ability within 3 squares of that enemy. Additionally, enemy commander effects have no effect (on enemies and allies alike) within 3 squares of a character with this ability. (see Disruptive)
