Replaces turn: remove an adjacent Savage ally from play; that character is defeated. Then remove damage from another adjacent Yuuzhan Vong ally equal to the remaining Hit Points of the defeated character.

Glossary Text

Instead of this character's normal turn, it removes an adjacent ally with Savage from play (it counts as defeated), then removes damage from an adjacent Yuuzhan Vong ally up to the amount of Hit Points that were remaining on the defeated character. Graft can't raise a character's Hit Points above its starting amount.
