Once per turn, 1 ally within 6 squares may combine fire without becoming activated. If 2 or more allies within 6 squares combine fire on the same attack, the attack gets +10 Damage and cannot be prevented or redirected.

Glossary Text

If this character is in your squad, 1 ally within 6 squares of it may combine fire on an attack without counting as having activated. That ally may still take its normal turn or combine fire on a subsequent attack. This effect is usable only once per turn. Whenever 2 or more allies within 6 squares of this character combine fire on an attack, the attack gets a +10 bonus to Damage and cannot be prevented or redirected. This effect is independent of the first effect and both can take place on the same instance of combined fire.
